Embark on a unique and personalised pottery journey with our 6-week pottery course in our cosy clay filled studio in Bedminster at Windmill Hill City Farm. Each week you will concentrate on creating a particular ceramic homeware item to enhance your skills and understanding in hand-built pottery.
Week 1: Wednesday 30th April @ 6.15pm-8.45pm - Jugs, detailed exploration into spouts on ceramic ware. functionality and aesthetics
Week 2: Wednesday 7th May @ 6.15pm-8.45pm - Lidded jars, various approaches to hand building different vessels with lids
Week 3: Wednesday 14th May @ 6.15pm-8.45pm - Pulling handles and attaching them to hand built pieces
Week 4: Wednesday 21st May @ 6.15pm-8.45pm - Large scale hand built pottery, working on projects that can be broken down into multiple parts and are worked on in multiples stages
